2Description of the Service
MÉ-MO provides free daily crossword puzzles, arrow-word challenges, vocabulary discovery tools, streak tracking, adventure map progression, and community leaderboards. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3Puzzle Copyright & Intellectual Property
All crossword grids, clue text, word lists, editorial commentary, graphic design elements, sound assets, software code, and brand trademarks (including the MÉ-MO logo and visual aesthetic) are the exclusive intellectual property of MÉ-MO or its content licensors and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws.
Permitted Personal Use:
You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and solve our puzzles online solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment and learning.
Strict Prohibitions:
- You may not scrape, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or republish our puzzle grids, clues, or answers in any digital or print format without express written consent.
- You may not feed our clues and answer databases into machine-learning or LLM training pipelines without an explicit commercial licensing agreement.
- You may not mirror or frame our game interface within third-party applications.
4Fair Play & Leaderboards
Community Integrity Pledge
Our leaderboards exist to celebrate human problem-solving, cognitive agility, and genuine crossword mastery. The following actions constitute a breach of our fair-play standards:
- Deploying automated solver bots, scripts, or headless browsers to submit instant times.
- Manipulating client-side JavaScript timers, local storage payload data, or network endpoints.
- Using offensive, defamatory, or infringing player handles on community leaderboards.
We reserve the right to audit, invalidate, or permanently remove any scores or usernames suspected of violating these standards.
5Advertising & Free Access
MÉ-MO is supported by web advertising (such as Google AdSense). You agree not to tamper with, artificially click, reverse engineer, or inject malicious code into any advertisement slots.
While we understand many users utilize ad-blocking software, we encourage whitelisting our domain so we can continue producing high-quality daily crosswords free of charge.
6Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
